Our story began in 2023 with a powerful idea: After founding ACER and leaving it in good hands, Wynfred Russell started SARX with the belief that BIPOC communities in Minnesota could have better health outcomes through cultural competency and data-driven approaches. He saw the need for change after responding to HIV/AIDS, H1N1, COVID-19, Ebola, and polio firsthand

We develop and strengthen the skills, resources, systems, and infrastructure of individuals, organizations, and communities to effectively plan, implement, and sustain public health initiatives and improve outcomes.
